Program Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- English Language Proficiency required (IELTS - 6, TOEFL - Internet-based test score 70, CELPIP - 7, etc.).
- Completion of a Wonderlic test with a score of 18 (Medical) or 20 (Business).
- Interview with school administration.

Industry Specific Training
Our Medical Office Assistant & Unit Clerk diploma offers the following industry-specific training:
- A 4-week practicum with Alberta Health Services (AHS) or a private medical office, allowing students to gain real-world experience in an actual work environment.
- Extensive training in data input, patient records management, and other essential computer skills, including the use of industry-standard health care software programs.
- Comprehensive preparation for roles such as Admitting Clerk, Ward Clerk, Health Records Clerk, Chart Management Clerk, Hospital Unit Clerk, and medical receptionist.
