Academic Policies and Procedures

Program Information: All program details, including start and end dates, program outlines, and entrance requirements, are discussed with the Admissions Representative at enrollment. Entrance requirements are also listed on the College website.

  • Students will receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions, which outline RCB Colleges policies and regulations.
  • The Terms and Conditions are referenced in the Admissions Form, which students must read, understand, and sign.
  • Where applicable, practicum or capstone projects are mandatory for completion and graduation. Field placements for all programs are unpaid, and the specific requirements for each program are detailed in program outlines.
  • Course outlines, including prerequisites and evaluation criteria, are provided to students during the first week of classes. Completed exams are available for review for 30 days.

Deferred Examinations: Students may qualify for deferred examinations if unable to attend the scheduled date due to:

  • Medical reasons (with certificate)
  • Hospitalization
  • Court appearances
  • Extenuating circumstances (documented and approved by the Administration)
  • Deferred exams are limited to three per program. After that, deferred exams are scheduled at the Administrations discretion and are considered supplemental exams. Missed quizzes are marked as 0% unless the instructor decides otherwise, based on academic standing.

Tuition and Refund Policy:The Refund Policy section should begin with the Refunds section, and the Private Career Colleges Act details should be moved to the bottom for better flow.

Admission Process Section Placement: Move the Admission Process section higher on the page, placing Join Our Fastest Growing Community and admission requirements directly below it.
